2021年12月23日，受“摄影测量记录”期刊 (The Photogrammetric Record) 联合主编武汉大学张永军教授与美国纽约大学Debra Laefer教授邀请，团队胡翰教授担任该期刊国际编委会青年委员（International Editorial Board, Junior Member）。

“摄影测量记录”是国际摄影测量领域的知名期刊，由英国遥感和摄影测量学会 (Remote Sensing and Photogrammetry Society, RSPSoc) 主办，创刊于1953年，是 RSPSoc 学会旗下最早的学术期刊，最新影响因子为2.744。RSPSoc 学会旗下同行审阅学术出版物包括 The Photogrammetric Record, International Journal of Remote Sensing 和 Remote Sensing Letters，其中 The Photogrammetric Record 主要致力于发表主摄影测量、三维成像、计算机视觉和其他相关遥感技术的最新进展。

此外，胡翰教授已于2021年3月起，担任 IEEE 地球科学与遥感学会 (IEEE GRSS) 主办的 SCI 期刊 IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote Sensing (IF: 3.784) 副主编。
